2. Data and purposes
When you use the contact form, we may process your name, email, phone, organisation/clinic, subject, message and limited security logs. We use these to answer requests, communicate, maintain service and information security, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
3. Legal grounds and collection
Data is collected electronically through forms, email or phone and may be processed under Article 5/2 KVKK grounds including formation/performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests that do not prejudice fundamental rights. Separate consent is obtained where required for marketing communications.
4. Sensitive data
The contact form is not intended for diagnoses or patient records. Please do not send health data, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information.
5. Transfers and retention
Data may be shared only as necessary with authorised staff, hosting/IT providers and competent public authorities under appropriate safeguards. Operational defaults are 365 days for contact messages, 180 days for security/audit records and 90 days for consent-based internal analytics; the approved retention schedule may shorten these periods or extend them where law requires. Data is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Article 11 KVKK provides rights including learning whether data is processed, requesting information, correction or deletion, learning recipients, objecting to solely automated results and claiming compensation. Send a verifiable request to the email or postal address above.
